- Prepare 8 of medium apples.
- You need 500 g of puff pastry.
- You need 1-2 handfuls of sultanas.
- Prepare 1-2 handfuls of crushed walnuts.

- You need Shot of rum.
- You need 2 tbsp of cinnamon.
- You need of Oil.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of plain flour.
- Prepare 1 of small egg.
- It's 4 tbsp of chia seeds (optional).
Apple strudel instructions
- Peel and grate the apples.
- Mix with crushed walnuts, sultanas, cinnamon, rum and sugar.
- Powder a bit of plain flour on a flat surface, put the puff pastry on the top, powder it again and roll it into a size of your baking tray.
- Oil the puff pastry as little as possible. This is to prevent liquid from the apples from leaking out from the loaf while baking. You can also sprinkle it with chia seeds..
- Layer half of the apple mixture on the puff pastry.
