- Heat wide pan add oil. Once hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Once mustard splutter add urad dal, channal dal. Once channa dal slightly roasted add curry leaves and peanuts. Roast them now nicely. Now add chopped onion, ginger. Add little salt and saute for couple of minutes. Add chopped tomatoes. Now add broad beans, turmeric and hing.
