  6. Now we will add the spices to the gravy,add 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder.Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Then add 3 tomatoes’ purée to it. Add 1 tbsp chole masala, 1/4 tbsp fenugreek powder, 1/2 tbsp dry mango powder and salt to taste.Let it cook for 2 minutes.
  8. When the chole are cook add them to the gravy. Now take the boiled chole water add it to the gravy after adding chana. Let it simmer for 15 minutes, add the chole water as required.
  9. Now it is bhature so take a kadai with oil. Make balls of the dough roll it into oval or circle shape. Add them to the kadai continuous let the oil go upon the bhature let it be filled up..
