Ingredients of Chinese Stir Fry
- It's 2 tbsp. of Nutcessity Himalayan Salted nut butter.
- It's 1 tbsp. of maple syrup.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Chinese five spice.
- You need 1 of onion.
- You need 2 of courgettes (or whatever you have - peppers? spring greens? broccoli?).
- You need of soy sauce.
- It's of olive oil.
Chinese Stir Fry step by step
- Fry the onion with the oil till soft, then add your other veggies..
- When they're done, turn off the hear but keep the pan on the heat..
- Stir through the spice, maple syrup and nut butter, and leave for a minute or two to warm..
- Add a dash or two of soy sauce, stir again, and serve (on top of cous cous / noodles / quinoa... whatever you fancy)... yum..
