Courgette Lime cake step by step

Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celcius.
Beat together the sugar, oil and eggs.
Stir in grated courgettes (making sure you squeeze out liquid from it). Stir in crushed nuts, lime zest, flour, bs and cinnamon.
